Single head machining
Performance of laser-based machine tools
Working variants of adAM-PRO® & adAM-RD®-Machine tools
Multi-axis operation
In multi-axis operation, the X-axis of a machining head is configured as an additional synchronous axis. This enables full 3D machining of oversized components. For normal-sized components, this configuration allows the feed speeds of the axes involved to be added together. In the ideal case, peak values of up to 400 m/min can be achieved.
