Automation solutions for assembly tasks, parts supply for special machines and customer-specific special applications are the roots of ODeCon. For this purpose, we develop complete special machines or adapt standard systems, such as robots, and adapt them to your specific requirements using part feeders, grippers and other accessories. With partner companies, we integrate special tasks, for example from punching, gluing or forming technology.

The concept of all ODeCon machines always includes various measuring and testing systems for individual parts and finished products. We have extensive experience with 3D sensors for recording dimensions and shapes, as well as various systems for material identification, for example through spectroscopy.

Our goal is a zero-error strategy to avoid machine failures or subsequent errors. A 100% outgoing goods inspection according to defined criteria is mandatory, especially for our assembly machines.
